Hi,
I have problem with the Blue-tooth.
How to troubleshoot Bluetooth detection and connectivity problems in Windows XP Service Pack 2.

First of all install the drivers for Blue tooth device.
You didn't described all thing...So it is not easy to solve your problem.
Will you define all thing clearly?
